Pre-Departure Vol.1 “To Monash and Beyond”
First internal event for PPIA Monash 2024/25. Held on 12 February 2025 through Zoom. This event guided new upcoming Indonesian students that are coming to Melbourne to study in Monash University. We assisted upcoming students on academic expectations, travel essentials, cultural adaptation, housing options, and daily life in Melbourne. This event was also a great opportunity to connect with new upcoming students
Welcoming Night Monash ‘25 -
PDKT (Perkenalan, Dinamis, Kebersamaan, Teman) Edition
First offline internal event of PPIA Monash 2024/25. It was held on 7 March 2025 in Monash Caulfield. This event is the ultimate gateway to make new friends with your fellow new students. This event also featured an inspiring talk show session where current students shared their life experiences on Melbourne so far
LDR (Learn,Develop, Reach) Monash ‘25 - Happy Ending Edition
This event was held on 15 March 2025 in Monash Caulfield. It is PPIA Monash’s own version of peer mentoring. A moment to meet new friends and bond with mentors/seniors who will share about life in Melbourne. Each group consisting of committees as mentors and members as mentees, bonded over a game of Snakes and Ladders with one winner from every team. There is also a "game season" which features Telepathy Game and Pass the Action that determined the final group winner.
ASMR (Adventure with Swinburne, Monash, and RMIT) 2025
One of the biggest annual PPIA collaboration with 3 universities, Monash, RMIT, and Swinburne. Held on 5 April 2025 in Old Melbourne Gaol. It's a time to connect with the Indonesian community in Melbourne from different campuses. With 10 groups playing 5 games, it was a fun opportunity to meet old and new friends whilst strolling around Melbourne’s CBD for the whole day
Bonding Kuy
PPIA Monash’s new sport event where sports meets friendship. A good time to chill during the 2025's first semester break. The event was held on 26 April 2025 in Carlton Gardens. Played 5 outdoor games in different groups and aimed for victory. Relaxing picnic to end the day

Soundsekerta - S2 2025
An annual music event where we will be inviting top rating artists from Indonesia to Melbourne. This is an event where we raise awareness and exposure of Indonesian music and arts to the Australian audience.
